Document repository is a part of a platform where users can find all there documents. They can also store there document as per their need.

Problem Statement 

1) There is no clear picture of what is SaralX? What does SaralX do?
2) Information is vaguely displayed on website
3) There is no separate web pages for different functions.

Solution

1)  Data management on home page
2) Adding visuals, graphics to let user understand what the company is all about.
3) Taking feedback from user
4) About us page to clearly define how SaraX work, vision, mission, impact of SaralX work so far.
5) Contact us page where user can directly share their queries

Design Process: 
1) Defining problem statement
2) Defining solution requirements for the problem, scope of solution. This includes secondary research, competitor study
3) Understanding analytics: Checking the drops happening in current website and how to solve this
4) Defining Success metrics
5) Started with designing and prototyping

Analysis of current website

What does the company offers is not clear to a regular user. Although it somehow make sense for business class

Switch for Dark and light mode is at the end so for screen reader users having low vision, the number times of pressing tab increases

All the information about product and services are mentioned on home page which leads to more scrolling

Screen reader will read all the information again and again which is no use.
